Last year's Heroes, This year's Unemployed! We are taking a stand against the discrimination we faced. This hospital was moving forward with the vaccine mandate despite the halting by judges. Once the CMS mandate stood, it did not help our case. As of January 27th the hospital decided to terminate anyone who they deemed non-compliant with the vaccine mandate. This includes those of us who notified the hospital of a religious or medical exemption. Many of these exemptions were ILLEGALLY Denied. The hospital used their own judgement and criteria to deny exemptions. While they approved some exemptions, they denied others that were very similar in nature. Picking and choosing who they felt believed in what. In the end MANY of us were wrongfully terminated. We are asking for your consideration in helping us FIGHT for our jobs back, stand up for Medical Freedom and AGAINST Religious discrimination and also support those who lost their jobs.

On Friday, Jan. 28th, Cleveland Clinic announced that 751 caregivers were being put on unpaid leave because they chose not to receive the covid shot. These are the same caregivers who worked tirelessly for two years, risking daily exposure to cov-19 to care for their patients. Now, the Clinic has thrown them out like yesterday's trash.
These caregivers are healthy individuals with strong immune systems. Many have already had covid, and have robust, natural immunity. Science is being totally disregarded. The shots do NOT prevent transmission or spread of cov-19. The Clinic, and other institutions, have made generic statements like, "we must protect our patients....". Unfortunately, these mandates will do nothing to protect patients because, once again, the shots do not prevent the spread of cov-19. In fact, the Clinic is now allowing covid positive caregivers to return to work within 5 days, even if they still have symptoms. So, the Clinic will fire those who demonstrate critical-thinking skills, and exercise their right to choose what gets put into their own bodies. Allegedly, these healthy, unvaccinated caregivers are a "grave" danger to others, but they will allow "vaccinated", cov+ caregivers to come back to work. This is absurd. Also, the Clinic claims that they are 99% compliant with the CMS mandate for healthcare workers. Notice the word compliant. Technically, this is true. However, it paints a rosier picture than reality. In fact, about 99% of caregivers have taken the shots OR obtained an exemption. As of now, over 4600 exemptions have been given, roughly 7% of the Clinic's workforce. If you are one of the 751 heroes who was recently kicked to the curb by the Cleveland Clinic, please reach out. This medical tyranny needs to stop, and you can help stop it! I'm still not entirely sure about the direction this website will take, but at the very least, I want it to be a resource for those in dire need of help.
